I noticed today that the local Caribou Coffee (southside) is donating proceeds from the sale of their "Amy's Blend" coffee to the Cancer Caring Center, my favorite local cancer support organization! The concept is a tribute to Caribou Coffee roastmaster Amy Erickson, who passed away in 1995 after dealing with breast cancer. She was 33 years old.
